Can I use the output (data/records) commercially?
Yes — you own your CRM data inside Insightly; it is your customer/lead data. Insightly is a platform for you to manage your relationships. Just check the terms for data export rights and any limits on storage etc.
How many leads or records can I manage per month?
Insightly doesn’t publicly list “leads per month” caps for standard tiers — rather you pay per user/month and the plan defines features (automation, custom objects, etc.). For very large record volumes you’d want to check with their sales team about any performance or storage limits.
Can I customise the system?
