Vectro is a lightweight, web-based vector graphics editor focused on SVG creation and editing. It runs entirely in the browser and targets users who want basic vector design tools without installing heavy desktop software like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
Vectro lowers the barrier to vector design. If you only need to create or tweak SVGs for the web—icons, simple illustrations, UI assets—it’s faster to open a browser tab than install and maintain a full design suite. This makes it appealing for students, developers, and occasional designers working on lightweight projects.
You work directly in an online canvas with familiar vector tools such as shapes, paths, fills, strokes, and text. Designs are created and exported primarily in SVG format. Because it’s browser-based, there’s no local installation, but this also means features are more limited than professional desktop editors. Advanced typography controls, complex effects, and collaborative workflows are minimal or missing.
