MeisterTask is a cloud-based tool for managing tasks and projects with a visual board (Kanban style) as its core interface. It is built by MeisterLabs GmbH and supports team collaboration, task assignment, integrations and documentation.
If you’re working in a team and struggle to keep track of who’s doing what, when, and where feedback/comments live, MeisterTask provides a central place. You can visualize tasks and projects, reduce status-update meetings/emails, and bring structure to workflows. For example, users report fewer internal emails and better transparency.
You create “projects” (which can be boards) and within them define tasks. Each task can be assigned, have due dates, tags, attachments; you can move tasks across columns (e.g., To Do → Doing → Done). There are features like recurring tasks, automations (in paid plans), timeline view, and integrations with tools like Slack, Google, Microsoft, etc.
